2. Feature Privacy Details

2.1 Clipboard Data Processing

When using this tool:

DeepShare will only read clipboard content when you explicitly authorize it
Clipboard content is used only for format conversion
We will not store any of your clipboard data on any server

2.2 Screenshot & Formula Copying Features

All operations are performed locally in your browser:

The screenshot feature runs entirely within your browser and does not involve data uploads
Conversation content is only temporarily stored in browser memory and is not persisted
Exported images and text are saved directly to your device without passing through any third-party servers

2.3 Word Document Conversion Feature

When using the document conversion service:

We only process the content you select, and only to provide the document conversion service
Data is immediately deleted after conversion is complete and no copies are retained
Data transmission uses encryption to ensure security
We will never use your data for model training or any other purpose

Uninstall the DeepShare extension
Or clear the extension data in the browser extension settings

Delete Server Data

Since we do not persistently store any user data on servers, no additional action is needed.

Delete API Key

If you want to deactivate your API Key:

Contact us to request deletion
We will process your request within 7 business days
