Word Document Conversion Pricing
Only the Word document conversion feature requires payment, as it uses server resources for high-quality typesetting and format conversion. We offer both “Subscription Plans” and “Pay-as-you-go” options.
1. Subscription Plans (Recommended) 🌟
Subscribers enjoy daily quota resets, ideal for frequent use. Quotas automatically reset at midnight (Beijing Time) each day.

Suitable for light users or as a supplement to subscription quotas. Pay-as-you-go credits are valid for one year.

Rules & Notes
- Validity: Starting from the last purchase/renewal, the API Key’s total validity is extended by 1 year.
- Quota Priority: The system first consumes the subscription plan’s “daily quota”; after the daily quota is exhausted, it consumes “pay-as-you-go credits”.
- No Auto-renewal: All plans are purchased manually and will not auto-charge upon expiry.
- Plan Upgrade: Plan upgrades are supported; remaining time is converted at a 2:1 ratio to the new plan.
How to Purchase and Use
Purchase Steps
- Visit the Plan Purchase Page or Credits Purchase Page
- Enter your email address (for receiving the API Key)
- After payment, the system will automatically display and send the API Key to your email
Configure the Extension
- Click the DeepShare icon in the browser toolbar
- Enter the API Key you received in the settings
- You will then see the “Export Word” button on supported AI chat pages

Check Quota & Renew
Check Quota
You can check your remaining conversions in the following ways:
- Extension Popup: Click the browser icon to directly view the current key’s remaining conversions and expiry date.
- Online Query: Enter your Key in the “Check Remaining Quota” section on the purchase page to view detailed breakdown.
Renew & Top Up
When your quota is running low or about to expire:
- Visit the Renewal/Top-up Page
- Enter your existing API Key to renew; the corresponding quota or time will be added to your account.
Note: Renewal extends the validity by 1 additional year from the current expiry date.
